With job interviews, your 1st 90 seconds will make or break you. How can you make a good impression on your job interview? These free job interviewing tips will show you how.

90 seconds! That's how long you have to make a positive first impression. Make it a good one and chances are you will have a great interview. Make a bad impression and you might as well throw in the towel.

A job interview is like a sales call. It doesn't matter what job you are interviewing for, be it an accounting position, a clerical position, a Vice President position or most anything else... no matter what you have to become a salesperson and sell yourself.

When it comes to interviewing, you are the product and the salesperson and your job is to convince the customer, the company interviewing you to hire you.

Below are some tips you can use to ace any job interview!

1. Prepare
A football team will practice an entire week for one game on Sunday. You too need to prepare and practice for each and every interview to perform at the top of your game.

2. Dress for Success
Make sure you dress to impress on your next interview. You can find quality mens suits on sale at Josbank.com or at your local retailer. Even a nice dress shirt would be great business attire. Women should wear a nice dress shirt along with a business attire skirt.

3. Expect Success
You must go into each interview expecting to get the offer. Otherwise you won't get the offer. Be confident and believe in yourself. After all, if you don't believe in yourself, who will?

4. Script Your Introduction
Your first 90 seconds will make or break your interview. Write down how you want to introduce yourself and generate interest during that crucial first 90 seconds of your interview.

5. Go for the Close
At the end of the interview... ask for the job. There are many ways you can do this outlined in the book 10 Insider Secrets to a Winning Job Search!

6. Ask Thought Provoking Questions
Ask questions like "A year from now you are about to give me a perfect review... what will I have accomplished?"

There are many ways you can do this outlined in the book 10 Insider Secrets to a Winning Job Search!

7. Follow-Up
Send a thank you e-mail and follow-up with relevant supporting information.
